Visa
Services Northwest was established in 1974 to provide he
personalized service for he quick and professional expediting of visa issuance. Our
company has liaison offices in San Francisco and Washington D.C. All Passports are
presented to the appropriate embassies or consulates by our couriers. Service
charges are commisionable to travel agents.
Procedure For Obtaining Visas
1. Request visa application forms from our office**. Please indicate the
countries to be visited, number of clients, date of departure and nature of visas
(tourist, business, or other).
2. We will forward the necessary visa application forms with the supplemental
information regarding special consular requirements.
3. Please complete the forms in full (type or block print). Check to be
certain that passports are valid 6 more months, signed and have enough blank pages for the
needed visas.
4. Return visa applications, passports and supplemental documents to our office.
5. Complete visas and passports will be returned to you as soon as possible.
** Our staff will complete specific visa applications (if we have not provided the
actual form) at no extra charge as long as all parts of our Master Questionnaire are
properly answered. If it is necessary for our staff to contact you because of
incorrect information or uncompleted forms, a nominal fee will be charge for the
completion of each application.

Visa Services Northwest acts only as an agent, and accepts no responsibility for the
service of any Travel Agent, Consulate or Embassy in connection with the granting of
visas, or for any delays, loss of passports occasioned by such services, or by the U.S.
Mail/courier services. All prices herein are based on tariffs in effect April 01,
1996. Chares are subject to adjustment in the event of changes of these tariffs.
